Kinetic 3000 burn table

• Kinetic 10’ x 40’ Plasma/Oxyfuel cutting table with 6 head machining turret and plate beveling capabilities.

CNC Plasma Cutting

• 72” x 144” table with Hi-Def capabilities, which can cut stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum.

Brake press

• 225-ton brake press: Forms 1/8” material up to 12’ length and 1/2” material up to 3’ length.

Sawing

• Semi-automatic miter cutting band saw that can cut materials up to 12” high, 20” wide and 40’ long at multiple angles

Drilling

• Two spindle drill presses provide efficient drilling and tapping operations
• 5’ radial arm drill press with 3” hole capacity

Machining

• Programmable Bridgeport Milling machines provide simple machining capabilities

Punching

• 58-ton single-end punch
